Nationalisation Manager

We are recruiting fora Grounds Maintenance Leader. On offer is a permanent job paying upto 26,000 per year plus bonus and overtime. Working hours are6.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday with overtime available in theweek as well as at theweekends.
Asa member of the Grounds Maintenance Team you willbe:
- Maintainingthe grounds at a variety of locations that will include largeprivate estates, social housing estates, nursing homes, hospitalsand NHS sites, schools, colleges andnurseries.
- Usingstrimmers, hedge trimmers, brush cutters, pedestrian mowers and onoccasion ride onmowers.
- Plantingseasonal flower beds, trees and shrubs asrequired.
Thedepot is within walking distance of the local train station andalso has onsite parking, you will have a company van which is keptin the depotovernight.
Tobe considered as the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader you willneed:
- Experienceof using pedestrian mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers and brushcutters. If you ve used a ride on mower great, if not training willbegiven.
- Experienceofweeding.
- Experienceofplanting.
- Yourdrivinglicence.
Onofferis:
- Apermanent job where you are directly employed by them from yourfirstday.
- Standardworking hours of 6.30am to 3pm Monday toFriday.
- Optionalovertime in the week and/or theweekend.
- Fourweeks paid holiday plus all bankholidays.
- Anannual bonus paid at the end of theyear.
- Theopportunity to progress toprogress.
