Role Overview Trojan Construction Group is seeking Senior Technical Engineers – Bridges with deep expertise in infrastructure projects , specifically bridges and tunnels . The role demands strong technical leadership, on‑site execution capability, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. This is a hands‑on, site‑focused role , requiring strong engineering judgment, constructability expertise, and experience working on large‑scale infrastructure projects in the UAE or GCC region. Key Responsibilities Technical & Engineering Responsibilities Lead and manage the technical execution of bridge and tunnel works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals related to bridge structures Resolve complex technical and constructability issues on site in coordination with design consultants and project stakeholders Ensure adherence to international standards (AASHTO, Eurocodes, BS, ASTM) and local authority requirements Stakeholder & Reporting Responsibilities Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities on technical matters Provide regular technical reports, progress updates, and risk assessments Mandatory Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred) Experience Minimum 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure construction Proven experience handling bridge and tunnel projects Strong background working with large construction contractors Prior experience in UAE or GCC infrastructure projects is highly preferred Experience on mega infrastructure or government projects Exposure to tunnel works alongside bridge Technical Skills Strong understanding of: Bridge structural systems, Temporary works & construction staging, IFC drawings, Construction specifications Working knowledge of engineering software and site tools (AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera exposure preferred) About Net2Source Inc.
