We areseeking a motivated and detailoriented individual to join our teamas a Reporting & Visualization Analyst. In this role youwill be responsible for supporting the development and maintenanceof reports and Power BI Dashboards to help drive datainformeddecisionmaking across the organization. The ideal candidate has astrong analytical mindset a passion for data visualization profoundknowledge of Power BI and a desire to grow their skills in dataanalysis and reporting. This position offers an excitingopportunity to work alongside experienced analysts and gainvaluable experience in the field of reporting and visualization.
Thisrole will be 6 months fixed term contract.
Job Accountabilities
As Reporting & Visualization Analystyour role will involve:
- Assist in collectingand analyzing data from various sources to support the developmentof reports and visualizations.
- Collaboratewith the team to design and create visually appealing andinformative dashboards using Power BI
- Supportthe maintenance and enhancement of existing reports andvisualizations ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Assist in gathering requirements from stakeholders andtranslating them into actionable reporting and visualizationsolutions.
- Perform data quality checks andvalidation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data used inreporting and visualization.
- Assist inidentifying trends patterns and insights in the data and contributeto the development of meaningful recommendations forstakeholders.
- Support the creation andmaintenance of standardized reporting templates and processes topromote consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather datarequirements and ensure data availability and accuracy.
- Stay updated on data visualization best practices andemerging trends incorporating new techniques and approaches intoreports and visualizations.
- Contribute to thedocumentation and organization of reporting and visualizationresources and materials. Work closely with business users to planand carry out data analyses and ensure visualization needs areaddressed.
- Support the development of richinteractive graphics providing data visualizations and dashboardsof large amounts of structured data to enable simple interpretationof complex data models.
Job Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Data ScienceBusiness Analytics Statistics or a related discipline.
- Some experience in data analysis reporting or a similarrole with exposure to data visualization tools andtechniques.
- Familiarity with other datavisualization tools such as Tableau Qlik or similar software ispreferred.
- Basic knowledge of data analysisconcepts and techniques with a willingness to learn and grow inthis area.
- Strong attention to detail andcommitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data andidentify trends and insights.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel or other data manipulation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with theability to collaborate effectively with team members andstakeholders.
- Proactive and selfmotivated withthe ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Eagerness to learn and developnew skills in data analysis reporting and visualization.
