After-sales Manager - Valve and Actuators Industry

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Service Management :
    • Oversee the after-sales service team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
    • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Recruit, train, and manage after-sales service team members to ensure efficient operations.
    • Provide feedback and guidance to help team members improve their skills and performance.
  • Quality Control :
    • Monitor the quality of after-sales services to ensure they meet company standards.
    • Handle customer complaints, analyze root causes, and develop corrective actions.
  • Data Analysis :
    • Collect and analyze after-sales service data to generate reports and evaluate team performance.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize after-sales service processes and strategies.
    • Collaborate with sales, technical support, and other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
    • Coordinate resources to ensure smooth after-sales service operations.
  • Budget Management :
    • Manage the budget for the after-sales service department, ensuring cost control and efficient resource utilization.
    • Develop and implement cost-saving measures to improve departmental efficiency.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in after-sales service management, with team leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Familiarity with after-sales service processes and customer relationship management systems.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement improvement measures.
