Roles and responsibilities
  • ProjectLeadership: Manage end-to-end implementation of ERPand CRM systems, from requirements gathering, design, andconfiguration to testing, deployment, and post-launchsupport.
  • StakeholderCollaboration: Work closely with internalstakeholders, including business leaders, IT, operations, andfinance teams, to understand business processes and translate theminto systemrequirements.
  • TechnicalOversight: Ensure seamless integration betweenERP/CRM systems and other platforms (e.g., payment gateways, frauddetection systems, digital banking tools) within the FinTechecosystem.
  • Vendor Management:Liaise with external vendors and service providersto negotiate contracts, manage resources, and monitor performanceto ensure on-time delivery ofprojects.
  • Compliance &Risk Management: Ensure that ERP/CRM systems adhereto financial industry regulations such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, AML, andPSD2. Monitor data privacy and security requirements and implementnecessary safeguards.
  • AgileProject Management: Lead agile project teams,ensuring proper sprint planning, backlog management, and adherenceto timelines.
  • Budget &Resource Management: Develop and manage projectbudgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient execution anddelivery.
  • Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify opportunities to improveERP/CRM systems and business processes to drive automation,scalability, and customersatisfaction.

Key Skills &Competencies:

  • ProjectManagement: Strong project management skills withexperience in ERP and CRM implementations, ideally in a FinTech orfast-paced financial servicesenvironment.
  • Technical Knowledge:In-depth understanding of ERP (e.g., Oracle, SAP,Microsoft Dynamics 365) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)platforms, including configuration, customization, and integrationcapabilities.
  • Business ProcessExpertise: Strong understanding of financial andoperational business processes, including accounting, payments,compliance, customer management, and salesworkflows.
  • Agile Methodology:Proficient in agile project managementmethodologies, with the ability to lead scrum teams and manageproject backlogs.
  • Analytical& Problem-Solving: Excellent analyticalskills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues, optimizeworkflows, and implement effectivesolutions.
  • Leadership &Communication: Strong leadership skills with theability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technicalstakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, orrelated field (Master’spreferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP/CRMimplementation and management, with at least 2+ years in theFinTech industry.
  • PMP, Prince2, or otherrelevant project management certifications are highlydesirable.
  • Experience with FinTech-specificplatforms such as digital banking, payment gateways, or blockchainis a plus.
  • Familiarity with financialregulations (e.g., PSD2, GDPR, AML) and ensuring systemcompliance.
  • Strong command of SQL, APIintegration, and experience with cloud-based ERP/CRM platforms ispreferred.

  6. ResourceManagement: Allocate resources effectively,balancing team workloads and managing dependencies to ensure timelydelivery.
  7. QualityAssurance: Ensure that all deliverables meetestablished standards and requirements through effective testingand validation processes.
