PayerMax has successfully built payment networks across MENA, Southeast Asia, and Latin America ,serving global merchants such as TikTok, Tencent, Kuaishou, and Alibaba International, helping them improve local conversion rates and reduce compliance risks. The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. Responsibilities Own and drive card acquiring product management, with a strong focus on Visa / MasterCard acquiring flows , including authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, fraud, and dispute processes. Work closely with banks, processors, and card networks to consolidate acquiring solutions and ensure compliance with scheme rules and local regulations. Lead product integration and optimization with global card processing platforms, such as MPGS, CyberSource , and other major acquiring / gateway systems. Experience with EMV 3DS (Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check), scheme compliance programs, and risk controls is a strong plus. Collaborate with target users, commercial team and engineering team to deliver product functions. Support go-to-market strategy, provide end-to-end product solution. Act as the lead liaison officer for UAE PayerMax geographies and stakeholders in relation to the sale of Commercial products, to ensure appropriate coordination and ensure awareness and support of business objectives. Make sure our market strategy is aligned with PayerMax global and EEMEA strategy and ensure the market gets the central support required. Develop and execute our product strategy for UAE in cooperation with country management, account teams and cross functional teams. Work with your team and the account teams to build exciting customer pitches including defining the value proposition, business case and overall storyline. Understand merchant needs and priority, explore potential merchant acquiring use cases. Support and participate in post-launch, marketing campaigns, reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into enhancements. Qualifications Deep knowledge and understanding of corporate products and services (Payment gateway, PTSP, Online Payments, Digital wallet, E-Commerce). At least 3 years of product or risk control experience in card acquiring, issuing, or processing within banks, PSPs, or processors. Have good understanding about global payment ecosystem including but not limited to Cards, e-Wallets, Bank Transfer, Cash-based payment methods. Strong project and relationship management skills - extensive experience and a proven track record of managing simultaneous initiatives, multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment, across multiple geographic locations, solving problems and applying effective planning skills to deliver multiple initiatives with external and internal clients. Strong analytical and team working skills - ability to identify issues and proactively resolve issues directly or through escalation to appropriate Partners/stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - excellent writing and presentation skills, extensive experience in communicating in international environment at senior management level.
