CustomerService: Interacting with customers to take drink ordersmake recommendations and ensure overall customer satisfaction.Handling customer inquiries feedback and complaints in aprofessional and courteousmanner.

MenuDevelopment and Pricing: Collaborating with management todevelop innovative and appealing beverage menus that cater to thepreferences of the target clientele. Setting prices for drinks inline with business objectives and markettrends.

FinancialManagement: Monitoring bar revenue and expenses trackinginventory levels and implementing costcontrol measures to optimizeprofitability. Keeping accurate records of sales cash transactionsand inventorycounts.

TeamLeadership and Supervision: Leading by example andfostering a positive work environment within the bartending team.Delegating tasks scheduling shifts and resolving conflicts orissues as theyarise.

Marketingand Promotion: Working closely with the marketing team topromote special events happy hours and promotions to attractcustomers and drive sales. Actively engaging with customers onsocial media platforms to increase brand awareness andloyalty.

Complianceand Licensing: Ensuring compliance with all relevantlicensing regulations including alcohol service laws and health andsafety standards. Maintaining uptodate knowledge of localregulations and implementing necessary protocols to avoidviolations.

ContinuousImprovement: Identifying areas for improvement in baroperations customer service and staff performance. Implementinginitiatives to enhance efficiency productivity and overall guestsatisfaction.



Requirements

  1. Experience:Employers generally prefer candidates with several years ofexperience working as a bartender preferably in a supervisory orleadership role. Experience in a similar upscale or highvolume barand restaurant environment is often highlyvalued.

  2. MixologySkills: A deep knowledge of cocktails spirits wines andother beverages is essential for a Head Bartender. Candidatesshould be skilled in mixology techniques drink preparation andpresentation. Certifications or formal training in bartending andmixology may beadvantageous.
