**Bartender**:
As a Bartender your primary role is to create a memorable and immersive dining experience for our guests by crafting and serving exceptional beverages. You will be responsible for curating a diverse and authentic drink menu that complements our culinary offerings, ensuring that each drink is prepared with precision and presented with flair. Your passion for mixology, attention to detail, and dedication to customer service will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our restaurant.

**Summary of Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Craft and meticulously present a diverse array of cocktails, wines, and other beverages, ensuring adherence to the restaurant's high standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless integration of beverage service with the overall dining experience.
- Welcome guests warmly, engaging in friendly conversation to establish a personalized and hospitable atmosphere.
- Take detailed drink orders, actively listening to customer preferences and providing expert recommendations based on menu knowledge.
- Uphold impeccable cleanliness and organization standards in the bar area, conducting regular cleaning of tools, glassware, and surfaces.
- Monitor and maintain the aesthetic appeal of the bar, ensuring it aligns with the restaurant's ambiance.
- Execute precise and responsible cash handling, processing customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order entry, payment processing, and inventory tracking.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of bar supplies, anticipating needs, and placing orders in a timely manner to sustain optimal inventory levels.
- Implement efficient storage practices to minimize waste and maximize freshness of ingredients.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen staff to understand menu items, flavor profiles, and ingredient availability.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of drink recipes that harmonize with the restaurant's culinary offerings.
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of special events and promotions, tailoring beverage offerings to suit the occasion.
- Ensure the efficient and smooth provision of bar services during events, maintaining a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Provide comprehensive training to new bartenders and support staff, sharing expertise on recipes, techniques, and service standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by serving as a mentor and offering ongoing support.
- Actively seek customer feedback, attentively addressing any concerns or complaints with professionalism and a commitment to resolution.
- Utilize feedback as a tool for continuous improvement in service quality.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in mixology through ongoing research and participation in relevant training.
- Contribute creative ideas for new and innovative beverage offerings to enhance the restaurant's reputation.
- Maintain strict adherence to all health and safety regulations, with a particular focus on responsible alcohol service.
- Stay informed about and consistently implement local and state alcohol regulations to ensure compliance.

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- 5-6 years bartending in a luxury establishment.
- Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
- Strong commitment to service

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 per month
