  • Responsible for all admin relatedtasks in the department, including invoices, accruals, monthlypayroll attendance in coordination with the Talent &Culture Team.
  • Collect, organize, and analyzedata related to room reservations, occupancy rates, pricing, andrevenue. Identify trends and patterns to provide actionableinsights.
  • Support revenue managers inforecasting room revenue and demand to help in planning anddecision-making.
  • Update and maintain rates andavailability in various distribution channels, such as thehotel's website, online travel agencies, and globaldistribution systems.
  • Monitor and researchcompetitor pricing and strategies to make recommendations forpricing adjustments and promotionalactivities.
  • Coordinate all internal andexternal correspondence in the department, answering the phone,blocking the team’s calendaretc.
  • Consistently offers professional, engagingand friendly service to clients and internal colleagues mostlyconducted via phone and email
  • Update andmaintain rates and availability in various distribution channels,such as the hotel's website, online travel agencies, andglobal distribution systems.
  • Prepare regularreports, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, to track keyperformance indicators. Present findings and recommendations to therevenue management team.
  • Assist in creating,implementing, and monitoring promotional offers and packages toattract guests and increase revenue.
  • Assistwith the creation and organization of all SOPs related to thedepartment
  • Creates and follows up on incidentreports related to IT / Revenue / Distribution relatedmatters
  • Assists with benchmarkingexercises
  • Assists in collecting and preparingpresentations for the Revenue / ReservationsDepartment
  • Assists room reservations duringpeak demand periods
  • Supports with Total revenuemanagement initiatives
  • Prepares Meetingsminutes and distributes as needed
  • Supports thecluster functions for Fairmont, Movenpick JLT and Riva BeachClub
  • Participate in internal and externalaudits by providing necessary documentation and assisting auditorswith revenue-related inquiries.
