Your Responsibilities WillInclude

• Creating engagement across all thefunctional teams (Mace, client & vendors) for a one teamapproach.
• Developing and running inductionprogramme across the functional teams.
• Creatingand delivering a recognitionprogramme.
• Delivering customer service andhuman experience training sessions with allteams.
• Providing routine advice on Mace(Operate) policies and procedures to staff andmanagers.
• Organising resources for newemployees that will include welcome kits, IT and email access asappropriate.
• Coordinating and participating inthe induction of new Mace (Operate)staff.
• Maintaining a database ofstaff.
• Contributing to the ongoing developmentof Mace (Operate) HR related policies and procedures in conjunctionwith HR Lead.
• Delivering effective HRadministrative support.
• Developing andmaintaining administrative systems and procedures to providesupport for HR activity and projects which may include arrangingmeetings, collating and circulating papers, preparing statisticalreports, entering data on IT systems and following up actionpoints.
• Ensuring staff records are wellmaintained and that periodic tidying up of records isundertaken.
• Following up on probationconfirmations and issuance of probation confirmationletters.
• Preparing all sorts of administrativeletters for employees.
• Scanning and filingnecessary documents.
• Ensuring site staff arefamiliar with and have access to all relevant Mace managementsystem documentation and instructions.
• Carryingour regular interaction sessions with FM staff and providingfeedback to the management team with areas ofimprovements.
