Descrio da funo:
-Gerir da equipa de recep o doHotel;
-Desenvolver a equipa no sentido de prestar um bom servi o e apoioaocliente;
-Desenvolver os procedimentos relativos ao acolhimento e servi os deassist ncia aocliente;
-Gerir e fidelizar osclientes;
-Gerir e ser respons vel pela factura o daunidade;
-Fazer o acompanhamento das contas correntes dosclientes;
-Gerir reclamaes.
-Realizar de forma qualificada e respons vel a gest o, o controlo eo cumprimento de todas as tarefas e actividades que se desenvolvamna rea da recepo;
-Organizar, dirigir e coordenar o trabalho da suaequipa;
-Coordenar e participar nas tarefas que envolvam outrosdepartamentos na gest o dohotel;
-Colaborar com a Direc o da unidade e com os outrosdepartamentos;
-Colaborar no desenvolvimento e forma o da suaequipa.

Perfil/Requisitos:
-Experi ncia m nima de 2 anos em fun essimilares;
-Forma o na rea de acolhimento/recepo;
-Orienta o para o Cliente e Qualidade de Servio;
-Disciplina, Dinamismo, Pro-actividade e Capacidade detrabalho;
-Forte sentido de responsabilidade e dedicao;
-Orienta o para resultados e resolu o deproblemas;
-Flu ncia em ingl s (mais 1 ou 2 idiomas ser ovalorizados);
-Esp rito deEquipa;
-Esp ritoComercial;
-Disponibilidade de horrios;
-Boa apresentao;
-Excelentes compet ncias de comunica o e bom relacionamentointerpessoal;
-Motiva o e capacidade de liderana.
