Purpose:
Newdealer's appointments and grow Sales revenues throughexisting Dealer Channel Implement strategies & policies toachieve targeted sales and improve the market share of Mattress ona sustainable basis while maintaining customer relationship.Channel Sales / Dealer support for a range of high quality premiumMattresses
- EducateDealers to sell high value / High Margin / new products to improveSalesTurnover.
- FacilitateZDs /Ads / Dealers to achieve their sales targets, FGIs, QGIs,etc.
- Prepareand maintain Dealer master andPanel.
- EnsureLocal level ads are released as peragreement.
- EnsureIn-shop branding, Signage, Boards, etc. at dealers'outlets.
- Implementationof MOPsystem.
- Reportun-authorized dealer selling / unauthorized productselling.
- Collectand provide update on competitor's activities such as newproduct introduction / scheme launch /Price changes / incentive /discounting structuresetc.
- Participatein local level fairs /exhibitions alone with ZD /Dealers.
- ApproachInstitutions / Bulk buyers /Search of prospective endcustomers.
- Identifyopportunities for appointingdealers.
- Appointmentof new ROs and MBOs as perplan.
- Conversionof ROs to MBOs, MBOs to Exclusive, Exclusive to Shoppes/World/
- Galleriesas perplan.
- VisitZDs / ADs / Dealers as perplan.
- Ensurethat Dealers receive and understand all communications / policies,etc.
- Providetechnical assistance to customers regarding foam applications& appropriateuses.
- Resolvedealerqueries.
- Ensuretimely end customercomplaint
- Ensurethat payments are received timely fromcustomers
