Overseeenterprise technology architecture for majorinitiatives/projects

Collaboratewith other stakeholders across the organization to develop bestpractices

Plan andundertake any action that proactively strengthens the relationshipwith the technical and nontechnical organization (at all levels)and as such enhances the connection of Health InsuranceSolution(HIS) with the businessunits

Assist theEnterprise Architect in the implementation of the internal EADeploymentroadmap.

Execute thestakeholders and communication management plan.

Assess the needto create a Request for Architecture Work based on the givenrequirements.

Define theObjectives and Business Benefits of the iteration along with thecontext of the envisionedsolution.

Select therequired Technology Viewpoints from the Content Framework as perthe segment chosen by the Chief Architect along with the needed EATechnologyPrinciples.

Document thehighlevel AsIs Technology architecture ToBe Technology architecturegap analysis and impact analysis as inputs to the enterprisearchitect s development of the Statement of ArchitectureWork.

Document thedetailed AsIs Technology architecture ToBe Technology architecturegap analysis and impact analysis as inputs to the EA Team sdevelopment of the Architecture DefinitionDocument.

Assist theSolution Architect in revisiting existing solution patterns anddecide on whether to reuse or develop solutions to fulfil therequirements.

Ensurecompliance of the implementation of the solution architecture byreferring to the Compliance Form s Technology compliancechecklists.

Assess StepOutrequests and prepare impact analysis reports to the ArchitectureReview Board s revision and decision to approve orreject.

Prepare themilestone compliance assessment report with the EA Team and send tothe Chief Architect for his assessment and decision on wayforward

Dynamic, self-driven with strong business understanding andbackground o knowledge of finance, accounting, valuation andmetrics development; statistical analysis skills a plus ounderstanding of, and interest in, innovative business models,visions and processes Strategic thinking with strong focus onresults and high quality of work and able to think out of the boxVery good leadership skills including people management, selectionand development skills Very good command of written and spokenEnglish; knowledge of Arabic language is an added advantage Verygood analytical, planning, forecasting, execution andproblem-solving skills Continuously acquire and refresh functionalknowledge, skills and competencies Flexible and able to work underpressure Respect and promote trust and confidentiality Strong levelof customer service orientation and professionalism in allinteractions Very good communication, negotiation, and presentationskills Broad knowledge of health insurance concepts Experienced inmanaging a multi-cultural environment and promote teamwork andknowledge sharing in order to achieve goals and deliverablesAbility to analyze project needs, to balance competing interestsand to determine the resources needed to meet objectives and solveproblems that involve remote and elusive symptoms and often spanmultiple environments in a business area Ability to identifypatterns/relationships between technologies, processes, businessmodels and people Ability to identify emerging technology that canadd business value, and to modify business practices to take fulladvantage of technology innovation Understand and have goodknowledge on Enterprise Architecture, TechnologyArchitecture/Modelling, Network Design, Application Architecture,Change Implementation Planning & Management, Compliance Review,Continuity
