We perform store maintenance and visual presentation duties as assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product. Convert window shoppers into buyers. Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales. Serve customers following the GUEST selling guidelines: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank. Stay updated on the various brands in the group to suggestive sell. Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times. Be flexible to work extended hours during sale periods. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and minimize stock loss. Merchandise Ensure all stock is properly laid out and displayed to attract customers and meet layout standards. Follow VM guidelines and maintain stock norms during clearance. Record inventory inbound/outbound and maintain reports. Handle the POS and billing counter efficiently. Count money in the cash till at shift start/end. Issue receipts, refunds, and correct change to customers. Process payments via cash, credit cards, vouchers, and automatic debits. Maintain security vigilance at all times. Be flexible to work varied shifts and overtime as needed. Adhere to SOP & Loss Prevention policies. Maintain confidentiality of sales figures.
