**Job description**

Our company looking for an Emirati sales association who responsible for handling various sales activities in a retail store, including facilitating purchases and providing customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products. Offer product knowledge, answer questions, and provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

**Sales Generation**: Actively promote and sell products to achieve individual and store sales targets. Utilize effective selling techniques, such as up selling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities.

**Product Knowledge**: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions. Stay up to date with new product launches and updates.

**Store Operations**: Assist with stock replenishment, merchandise display, and maintaining visual standards to attract customers. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

**Cash Handling**: Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Adhere to cash handling and loss prevention procedures.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. Assist colleagues as needed and participate in store meetings and training sessions.

**Sales Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports, feedback, and insights to the store management team. Identify sales trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer-focused approach with a passion for providing exceptional service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Knowledge of the product category or industry is advantageous.

Familiarity with cash handling and POS (point-of-sale) systems.

Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: From AED1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
