The LIVE Operations team isobsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From contentstrategy monetization gifting LIVE features data analysis creatingcampaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVEusers.

We are looking for passionate andtalented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in ourmission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain longtermrelationship with MCN and agencies be responsible for the trainingand management of the agencies; Onboard MCN agencies andorganizations to provide Talents for livestreaming section.
2. Allocate the corresponding operation support andmotivate the agencies to provide more and better live streamers andbuild a variety of content categories;
3. Participate indrafting and revising the policies of agency management providereasonable reference and suggestions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree or above. Minimum 2 years of workingexperience related to Livestreaming videosharing social media orgaming platform streaming platforms.
2. Relevant workingexperience or network with influencers celebrities or livestreamingplatforms.
3. Professional patient communication skillswith agencies.
4. Resultoriented good capacity forpressure.

For MENAregion:
  • Exceptionalpersuasion skills and logical thinking top level English speakingand composition. Working and living experiences in Arab andEnglishspeaking countries preferred.
PreferredQualifications:
  • Deep passionfor TikTok mobile entertainment social media and popularculture.
  • Experience in the livestreamingindustry and understanding of latest livestreamingtrends.
