The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy monetization gifting LIVE features data analysis creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain longterm relationship with MCN and agencies be responsible for the training and management of the agencies; Onboard MCN agencies and organizations to provide Talents for livestreaming section.
2. Allocate the corresponding operation support and motivate the agencies to provide more and better live streamers and build a variety of content categories;
3. Participate in drafting and revising the policies of agency management provide reasonable reference and suggestions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree or above. Minimum 2 years of working experience related to Livestreaming videosharing social media or gaming platform streaming platforms.
2. Relevant working experience or network with influencers celebrities or livestreaming platforms.
3. Professional patient communication skills with agencies.
4. Resultoriented good capacity for pressure.

For MENA region:
  • Exceptional persuasion skills and logical thinking top level English speaking and composition. Working and living experiences in Arab and Englishspeaking countries preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep passion for TikTok mobile entertainment social media and popular culture.
  • Experience in the livestreaming industry and understanding of latest livestreaming trends.
