APIsand Interface Expertise: Developrobust interfaces and APIs including expertise in ISO20022standards and MT to MX migration to facilitate efficientstraightthrough processing and interoperability across bankingsystems.


AgileMethodology Adoption: Implementagile methodologies within the projects lifecycle ensuring flexibleiterative development and quick adaptation to emerging needs andchallenges.

Stakeholder& Vendor Collaboration:I will act as the chief liaison harmonizing efforts and managingpartnerships to guarantee the programs success across ourinternationalfootprint.


SkillsandQualifications:

ProvenExperience:Candidates must have over 10 years of relevant experience inpayment system implementations overall 15 years of experiencehighlighting a solid track record with projects that leverage corebanking systems such as T24. This experience must includedemonstrated leadership in at least two significant Payment Hubprojects with handson involvement in deploying toptier Payment Hubsolutions. Additionally candidates must showcase specificexperience evidencing the ability to navigate and integrate withincomplex financial systemsarchitectures.

PaymentSchemesExpertise:Deep knowledge and handson experience with the UAEs local paymentschemes instant payments and RTGS systems are essential for thisrole. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in navigating thesesystems to ensure comprehensive payment solutions that cater tolocalrequirements.

  • TechnoFunctionalProficiency:Solid understanding of payment technologies operational processesISO20022 MT to MX migration APIs straightthrough processing andregulatory landscapes especially relevant in the UAE and other keymarkets.

  • EducationalBackground: Holds a Bachelors orMasters degree in Computer Science or a related field. Professionalcertifications in project management payment systems or Agilemethodologies are highlyvalued.
