  • Main Focus to create story around the“WB Hotel” to enhance guestexperiences.
  • Engage with guests by sharing withfunny antidotes with excellent communication skills in accordancewith the given guidelines.
  • Be as a storytellerto interact with guests and have a friendly relationship with theguests and children without intruding the privacy and exceeding thelimit.
  • Assist and participate promotionalevents happening within the hotel.
  • Assist theguests with any information related to the hotel areas andfacilities.
  • Communicate guests’feedback on the entertainment activities and other relatedenquiries to the head of department.
  • Maintainrecords of customer feedback and records of action taken to addresscomplaints and negative rating to the Manager onDuty.
  • Be efficient in assisting gueststhroughout their stay with anyrequirements.
  • Adhere to the Company’sGuiding Vision and Mission.
  • Anticipate guestneeds planning experiences by knowledge of their profiles andpreferences
  • Perform his assigned tasks andensures their timely implementation.
  • Ensureattainment of his assignedobjectives.
  • Exercises responsible managementand behavior at all times, positively representing the hotelmanagement team and Hilton Worldwide.
  • Fullyembraces and articulates Hilton philosophy and“WB” Hotel brand guidelines andpolicy.
  • Know on depth the Hotel features, WBmanuals and characters.
  • To ensure guest needsand expectations are met by providing an efficient and professionalservice.
  • To liaise with Engineering to ensureprompt and efficient repair work.
  • To create theright Atmosphere within the team to enhance fun andexperiences
  • To conduct regular meetings andbriefings to keep employees informed of policies and procedures,special events, further improvement plans and guestcomments.
  • Organize entertainments in HotelLobby, Restaurants and Outdoor areas (e.g., Bingo, Karaoke, Quiz,Group interactions)
  • Perform all daytime indoor/ outdoor activities in accordance with the agreedschedule.
  • Maintain costumes or props and be agreat public relations representative.
  • Escortguests to their rooms on arrival, explaining all the features andfacilities.
  • Perform any related duties andspecial projects as requested by the Front Office Manager,Assistant Front Office Manager, Guest Relation Manager, ChiefConcierge, Night Manager and TeamLeader
