Job Title: Expansion & Business Development Manager F&B (Male) Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Food & Beverage / Restaurant Expansion Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly driven and experienced Expansion & Business Development Manager to lead our restaurant expansion and development across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai F&B market, strong industry connections, and a proven track record in launching new branches. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate potential locations using market insights and data - Liaise with mall managements, real estate developers, and property consultants - Oversee all phases of branch development: scouting, negotiations, design, pre-opening, and handover - Prepare feasibility studies with financial projections and ROI analysis - Analyze site performance based on competitor benchmarks and demographics - Coordinate with internal teams: design, operations, and marketing - Maintain strong relationships with vendors, landlords, and government authorities - Track F&B trends and monitor competitor strategies - Report key KPIs and updates to leadership Requirements: - Proven experience in launching restaurants or cafés in Dubai - Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate and F&B sector, especially in high-footfall areas - Solid financial acumen in restaurant operations and cost analysis - Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills - Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) - Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally across the GCC
