  • Develop scope of work for allconstruction subcontractors for the execution of the project, whichwould include all trades, such as welder, painters, rope access,etc.
  • Develop the hook-up construction andresource plan.
  • Prepare job cards for alloffshore activities.
  • Convey scope to offshoreconstruction subcontractors.
  • Identify requiredmaterial and tools for procurement, during preparation for thecampaign, and during offshore campaigns, ifrequired.
  • Support commissioningteam.
  • Supervise offshore construction siteworks and coordinate with all partiesinvolved.
  • Establish and maintain good relationsand communication with Client, Sub Contractors, Sub Sea cablecontractors and or any other facilities delivery teams andoperations in support of the efficient progression of HUCactivities defined in the integrated projectplan.
  • Ensure that the HUP facilities are hookedup and provide support to Comm team for commissioning safely and incompliance with relevant company standards and procedures and thatkey project milestones are achieved ontime.
  • Prepare scope of work for all marinevessels required for the execution of the project, such as jackupbarges, ERRV, guard vessels, and logistics supportport.
  • Review technical submissions of allsubcontractors and prepare technical bidevaluations.
  • Liaise with Subcontractsdepartment to support them with decision making on the marine andconstruction subcontractors.
  • Manageconstruction and marine subcontractors during the preparation, andthe execution of the project.
  • Ensure allvessels are accepted by client and MWS, follow up on deficiency andclosing outs if required.
  • Candidate is thefocal point for company, to ensure subcontractor’sprocedures and documentations approved by client andMWS.
  • Responsible for managing marine operationsand SIMOPS.
  • Liaise with T&I departmentto understand extent of their scope, and to consider in hookupschedule.
  • Ensure required announcement are doneprior to all marine operations as per clientprocedures.
  • Report progress to SiteManager.
  • Identify and register punches and takenecessary action to close them.
  • Assist in thedevelopment of daily work plans.
  • Participate inthe identification of opportunities for continuous improvement andsustainability of systems, processes and practices consideringglobal standards, productivity improvement and costreduction.
