Responsibilities:

1.TeamManagement:

Requirements


Requirements:

  • Provenexperience 34 years in a supervisory or management role within aluxury salon or spaenvironment.
  • Strongleadership skills with the ability to inspire motivate and mentor adiverse team of salonprofessionals.
  • Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills with a customerfocusedapproach and the ability to build rapport with clients andstaff.
  • Solidunderstanding of salon operations including scheduling inventorymanagement financial analysis and salesstrategies.
  • Proficiencyin salon software and computer systems for scheduling billing andclientmanagement.
  • Knowledgeof luxury beauty products treatments and industrytrends.
  • Highstandards of professionalism integrity and attention todetail.
  • Flexibilityto work evenings weekends and holidays asrequired.

Education:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Hospitality Management Business AdministrationCosmetology or related fieldpreferred.
  • Certificationin salon management or relevant professional qualifications is anadvantage.
