  • You will be responsible for assistingin overseeing of the Uniform, Linen and Valet Operations to ensureour guests and colleagues receive nothing but the bestexperience.
  • You are responsible for yourassigned tasks in the Valet Department to ensure the impeccableDorchester standards are met in all areas.
  • Youwill oversee the daily shift operations of the department to ensureall areas are covered and processes arefollowed.
  • You will work with the externallaundry provider to ensure the timely pickup and delivery of guestlaundry, uniforms, rooms linen, spa, pool, gym and Food &Beverage linen.
  • You will complete inspectionsof returned items to ensure they are cleaned correctly, no stains,damage and holds people accountable for correctiveaction.
  • You will collect and deliver guestlaundry as per Lana standards to ensure guestsatisfaction.
  • You will also participate in themanagement of the department’s controllable expenses toachieve or exceed budgeted goals. Understands the impact ofdepartment’s operations on the hotelsprofitability.
  • You will conduct inventories andare responsible to maintain all records for par levels, discardsand losses.
  • You will prepare the monthlylaundry reports and compare actual costs tobudget/forecast.

  • You’ll bring your uniquepersonality and passion to the role and theteam.
  • You have a talent for problem solving,attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to a constantlychanging environment.
  • As a detail orientatedand hands on Team Player with strong interpersonal skills, you willbe able to interact with all departments to ensure a cohesiveworking environment and to get things done.
  • Youwill be passionate, dynamic and guest focused who pride themselveson their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of guest serviceand provide creative solutions to ourguests.
  • You will be knowledgeable of PMS,payroll and purchasing systems.
  • Communicationis what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have greatcommunication skills with a strong guest serviceethic.
  • English is the primary language used inour hotel. You can comfortably communicate in thislanguage.
  • You will have a least 1year's experience in a similar position in a luxury 5 starbrand, with some pre-opening experience. Middle East experiencewould be advantageous.
  • You will have a relevanthigh school certificate and bring wealth of past experience workingfor luxury hotels.
