Our client,an international audio-visual company with extensive experience indesigning, project managing, engineering and supporting AV systemsand products, is seeking an On-Site ServiceTechnician in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

You must be able to work the followingshift: Wednesday -Sunday 3 pm - midnight w/ 1 hour dinnerbreak.

The Onsite Technician willbe based onsite and will provide onsite engineering services toinclude troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of electroniccommunication systems including, but not limited to videoconferencing, audio visual, projection, pro audio, videocontrol.

The person in this role will beresponsible for the safe and correct diagnosis of faults, removal,repair, test, implementation and operation of all aspects of audiovisual, video conference, display and presentationtechnologies.

This role requires a detailminded, technically skilled individual with strong customer serviceand problem-solving skills; able to multi-task and think quickly onyour feet in a fast-paced environment. You need to be able tofollow procedures and checklists but have the confidence toimprovise when and whereneeded.

Day to day responsibilitiesinclude:

• Extensiveexperience in operating, troubleshooting and supporting a varietyof AV systems including event environments.
• Proficient with room booking and faultticketing systems.
• Ability to read, understandand convey schematics from CAD files.
• Proficient understanding of NetworkArchitecture and IT systems.
• Experience withprojector alignment, blending, lamp and filterchanges.
• Experience or training on Controlsystem software including, but not limited to; Barco, Crestron,AMX, Extron, Cisco, Medialon, Alcorn McBride, etc.
• Experience or training on DSP's and relatedsoftware including, but not limited to: QSC, BiAmp, Clearone,Dante, Audinate, Polycom Sound Structure, etc.
• Training on VC systems, codecs, and softwareincluding, but not limited to: Cisco, Polycom, Zoom, WebEx,GoToMeeting, Bluejeans, Teams, Google Hangoutsetc.
• Experience with remote monitoring toolsincluding, but not limited to: Barco Overture, QSC, Medialon,Isaac.
• AVIXA CTS Technology Specialist orability to complete it within 6 months of hire date.
• Experience and training on typical digitalsignage systems, tools and associatednetworks.
• Experience and training on typicalWebcast delivery systems, tools and associatednetworks.
• Experience in the planning, executionand delivery of Audio-Visual projects within a clientenvironment.
• Experience in the management ofsmall teams a plus.
