BasicQualifications

  • Bachelor'sDegree
  • Experience operating as strategic globalpartners for the leaders, effectively analyzing data and aligningwith impactful diversity strategies that drive significant businessimpact.
  • 7+ years' experience working inan HR or business function, preferably with techbackground

PreferredQualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant DEIexperience
  • Previous work that focuses onefforts that solve large, significantly complex, and/or highlyconfidential problems to surface proposals grounded in subjectmatter expertise and internal/externalresearch.
  • Strong analytical skills and theability to think strategically andprogrammatically.
  • Experience in enabling andembedding world class projects across multiplebusinesses.
  • Experience and credibility as aleader in an environment where the ability to influence, workacross a complex matrix, and build relationships iscritical.
  • Strong organizational skills,successful collaboration with colleagues, and a strong resultsorientation.
  • Ability to identify and surfacesrisks/opportunities in org-level strategies and makes trade-offs:business opportunity vs. resources vs.sustainability.
  • A driven, results-oriented andresourceful leader who is capable of quickly taking control oftheir responsibilities and establishing themselves as a crediblestrategic partner.
  • A highly effective writtencommunicator with the ability to clearly and concisely ideas,concepts, and proposals to engage team, peers, andleaders.
