Overview:
Weare seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Online MarketingSpecialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have apassion for digital marketing and a proven track record of drivingonline traffic engagement and conversions. This role will beresponsible for developing and implementing online marketingstrategies across various digital channels to increase brandawareness drive website traffic and generateleads.

Responsibilities:

  • Developand execute comprehensive online marketing strategies to drivetraffic engagement and conversions across digital channelsincluding but not limited to social media email search engines anddisplay advertising.
  • Manage and optimize onlineadvertising campaigns including Google AdWords Facebook Ads andother PPC platforms to maximize ROI and achieve campaignobjectives.
  • Conduct market research andcompetitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stayahead of industry trends.
  • Create compelling andengaging content for online channels including website copy blogposts social media posts and emailnewsletters.
  • Monitor and analyze keyperformance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketingcampaigns and identify areas forimprovement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including design content and sales to ensure alignment ofmarketing initiatives with overall businessobjectives.
  • Stay uptodate with the latesttrends and best practices in online marketing and makerecommendations for continuousimprovement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Communications Business or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in online marketingwith a strong understanding of digital marketing channels andtactics.
  • Handson experience managing onlineadvertising campaigns including Google AdWords Facebook Ads andother PPC platforms.
  • Proficiency in GoogleAnalytics or similar web analytics tools to track and analyzecampaign performance.
  • Excellent written andverbal communication skills with the ability to create compellingcontent for online channels.
  • Strong analyticalskills with the ability to interpret data and make datadrivendecisions.
  • Highly organized with the ability tomanage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Creative thinker with a passionfor staying ahead of industry trends and exploring newopportunities.
  • Experience with SEO contentmarketing and email marketing is aplus.
