We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution for a newly established F&B division. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in F&B operations, project planning, budgeting, vendor management, and cross‑functional leadership. This role will be responsible for delivering new outlet openings, renovations, and operational enhancement projects within timeline, budget, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution Lead full lifecycle project management for new F&B concepts, outlets, and expansions. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation frameworks. Oversee construction, fit‑outs, equipment installation, and operational readiness. Manage relationships with internal teams, contractors, architects, designers, and suppliers. Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and monitor third‑party deliverables. Ensure compliance with regulatory and F&B industry standards. 2. Operational Readiness Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and HR to ensure seamless pre‑opening activities. Lead project handover processes, including quality checks, safety audits, and compliance documentation. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve project‑related issues proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns. 3. Budget & Reporting Track project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts. Present regular progress reports to senior management with key milestones and challenges. Ensure all projects meet ROI expectations and quality benchmarks. Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within the F&B industry . Proven track record of managing multiple restaurant, café, or F&B development projects. Strong understanding of F&B operations, compliance, layout planning, and equipment standards. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, HACCP, Food Safety, or F&B Operations are preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑functional coordination skills. Ability to handle high‑pressure timelines and manage multiple stakeholders. Preferred Attributes Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to drive efficiency and maintain strict quality control. Experience in developing SOPs and supporting pre‑opening teams.
