We areseeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist tojoin our team in our Dubai HQ. The successful candidate will beresponsible for providing technical support and assistance to ourstaff on a daily basis as well as helping with more complex ITissues. This position requires a good understanding of someadvanced IT skills such as backend development and coding as wellas experience in helping an office with standard IT needs. The ITSupport Specialist will work closely with our team to ensure thatour systems are running smoothly and any issues are quicklyresolved.

Responsibilities:

oProvidetechnical support to our staff on a dailybasis
oRespond to andresolve help desk tickets in a timelymanner
oTroubleshoothardware software and networkissues
oInstall andconfigure software andhardware
oMaintainaccurate records of all support requests andresolutions
oCollaborate withour team to ensure that all systems are runningsmoothly
oManage useraccounts and accesscontrol
oAssist with themaintenance of servers andnetworks
oWrite scriptsand automate routinetasks
oProvide trainingto staff on the use of software andsystems
oAssist withwebsite development andupgrades

Requirements:

oBachelors degreein Computer Science or related field ispreferred
oAt least 3 yearsof experience in IT support with a good knowledge of technicalIT
oExcellenttroubleshooting and problemsolvingskills
oStrong knowledgeof Windows and MacOS operatingsystems
oKnowledge ofZoho One isneeded
oExperience withnetwork and serveradministration
oStrong knowledgeof cyber security and ITsecurity
oExcellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
oAbility to workindependently and as part of ateam
