QUALIFICATIONS/WORKEXPERIENCEREQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years of experience in the medicalfield.

Atleast 1 year of experience directly trainingindividuals.

Bachelor s degree strongly preferred (Associate s degreerequired).

Mastery of English with excellent verbal and written communicationis a criticalcomponent.

Must be well versed in all specialties supported by AI voiceenabled solution, necessary for propercoaching.

Ability to QA live trainee work in a timely manner (if live OJT isrequired)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate intensively via video chat, Teams, calls, andscreenshares with large population of new hires daily to enhanceand support their Onboarding, Training, and Operationsexperience.

Proactively identify training strategies for those who may bestruggling with quality, may need to assess and make vitalsuggestions regarding work difficulty andplacement.

Direct and oversee platform engagement as well as critical medicaldocumentationframeworks.

Develop, implement, and manage multiple QDS training plans perprovider specifics, specialty specifics, trainee ability, and othersuccess-guidingfactors.

Provide in-depth, valuable quality feedback in any medicalspecialty and all utilizedplatforms.

Work with various team members to help onboard new hires, guidingthem through setup, Training, and the first weeks of operationalindependence.

May be responsible for a combination of methodologies, includinglive demonstrations, on the job training, tutoring and traineedevelopment.

Evaluate and train according to rigorous internal rubrics andprocesses.

Provide white-glove support for all new hires for an extendedperiod oftime.

Workclosely with members of other departments to improve and enhancetrainee experience, including Operations, Business Intelligence,and others.

Maintain high level of employeesatisfaction.

Grade and track QDS progress and performance via a variety of toolsandapplications.

Develop and implement new strategies based on changes and growthwithin the AI voice enabled solution service and productspace.
