ACHVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVACsystems, including inspecting electrical components, lubricatingmoving parts, and checking refrigerantlevels
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systemissues, using specialized tools andequipment
• Repair or replace defectivecomponents in HVAC systems, such as compressors, motors, andthermostats
• Install new HVAC systems forresidential and commercial properties, ensuring all safetyprotocols are followed
• Collaborate with otherteam members to improve HVAC system performance and efficiencythrough regular inspections andupgrades
• Provide exceptional customer serviceby effectively communicating with clients and addressing theirconcerns or inquiries
• Maintain accurate andcomprehensive records of all work performed on HVAC systems,including detailed reports and invoices
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AC/HVACTechnician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and relatedcomponents
• Valid AC/HVAC Techniciancertification or license
• Proficiency introubleshooting and repairing various types of HVAC systems,including central air conditioners, heat pumps, andfurnaces
• Knowledge of industry safety standardsand regulations, ensuring all work is performed in compliance withcodes
• Excellent problem-solving skills, withthe ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC systemissues
• Strong communication skills, both verbaland written, for effective interactions with clients and teammembers
• Detail-oriented mindset, with theability to accurately document work performed and maintainorganized records
• Ability to work independentlyor as part of a team, depending on the specificassignment
