  • Experience working with clients orprojects in the tourism/hospitality sector is highlydesirable.
  • Regularly provide health check ofenterprise checks and KPIs to the CEO and leadershipteam.
  • Work closely with the Strategy VP andleadership team to recommend strategic approaches and solutions tocomplex strategic topics.
  • Develop periodicreports and dashboards to share with the leadership andstakeholders to enable informed decision-making and supportstrategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and presentregular reports on the progress and impact of strategic initiativesto VP Strategy, Senior Management team and other stakeholders asrequired.
  • Assist in the development andmanagement of budget for strategic initiatives, ensuring efficientallocation of resources.
  • Support identifyingfunding opportunities and partnerships to support strategicprojects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate withvarious tourism ecosystem stakeholders to ensure alignment with thestrategy.
  • Conduct research and analysis ofindustry trends, market dynamics, and competitive forces to informstrategic planning.
  • Collaborate with thestrategy team and senior management team to formulate and refinethe authority and different departments' strategic goalsand initiatives.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps,action plans, and milestones for the implementation of strategicinitiatives.
  • Collect data from relevantsources.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identifymarket trends, customer demographics, and emergingopportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree inbusiness, strategy, economics or relatedfield.
  • MBA Degree isadvantageous.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in asimilar role, preferably in a top-tier management consultingcompany, in the strategic function of a tourism industry entity[hospitality, airline, DMO etc.
  • Provenexperience of developing and implementing long-term strategic plansand initiatives in coordination with high-level stakeholders;strong project management experience to oversee execution ofcritical initiatives.
  • Good understanding of thetourism and hospitality industry, including market dynamics,trends, and competitivelandscape.
