Our client is a leading regional bank, looking for an experienced Head of People Transformation to drive large-scale HR transformation initiatives, for a one-year contract role. About the Role: The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in organizational design, HR transformation, and change within complex, regulated environments, with a background in the banking industry. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leadership to align organizational structures with business strategy and regulatory requirements Design and implement target operating models, workforce strategies, and governance frameworks Drive HR functional transformation, including operating model redesign, process optimization, and capability uplift Lead stakeholder engagement across HR, business, risk, and compliance teams Provide thought leadership on industry best practices, future-of-work trends, and banking-specific people challenges Required Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field 15+ years of experience in HR transformation and organizational design Proven experience working within the banking and financial services industry Demonstrated ability to operate at the executive level, influencing and challenging senior stakeholders Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills Excellent communication and facilitation skills If interested, please apply to this advertisement directly or send your CV to anam.fatima@madisonpearl.com.
