Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Luxury Real Estate Specialist to join our elite sales team. The role focuses on advising high-net-worth clients, handling premium residential and investment properties, and delivering a seamless, personalized buying and selling experience across Dubai’s luxury real estate market. Please note: This is a commission-based role only . Key Responsibilities Represent and sell luxury residential and investment properties across prime locations in Dubai Advise high-net-worth clients on acquisitions, sales, and portfolio optimization Conduct property viewings and deliver tailored, high-end client experiences Negotiate complex, high-value transactions and contracts Provide strategic market insights, pricing analysis, and investment guidance Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW and HNW clients Manage exclusive listings while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales with proven high-value transactions Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s luxury real estate market and property laws Client-focused mindset with exceptional relationship management abilities Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred) Valid UAE driving license Multilingual skills are a strong advantage Must be based in Dubai What We Offer Unlimited earning potential with a commission structure starting from 50% Access to exclusive luxury listings and fresh, qualified leads Full marketing support, including professional branding and creative campaigns Clear career progression with access to exclusive Millionaire Club benefits Full visa and health insurance coverage Flexible working environment In-house photographer, videographer, and dedicated administrative support #J-18808-Ljbffr
