We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in overseeing on-site activities, ensuring that construction projects are executed effectively, safely, and on schedule. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work on challenging projects and contribute to their successful completion. Key Responsibilities of Site Engineer Supervise and manage daily site operations and ensure project milestones are met.Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.Conduct regular inspections and prepare reports on work progress, quality, and health & safety compliance.Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.Identify and resolve any technical issues on site promptly.Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the required standards and codes.Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning. Qualification Required for Site Engineer Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in site engineering or construction project supervision.Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety guidelines.Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and using engineering software tools.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to lead site teams and ensure timely project delivery.
