Responsible for designing, developing, anddelivering Franchise learning solutions that enhance theperformance of employees and business in alignment with theorganisational goals and strategies.

•Develop and manage the execution of Franchise Training program.Apply learning and development expertise to influence thedevelopment of effective training tools. Assist with thedevelopment of broad, long-term training/learninginitiatives.

• Identify and monitortraining intervention in the franchise department in order toprovide business outcomes. Design, plan, and implement trainingprograms, policies, and procedures to fulfil those needs. Conductseminars, workshops, individual training sessionsetc.

• Support and mentor new employeesduring their probation period to make sure they are trainedadequately and in line with industry standards. Be a part of hiringprocess by interviewing the candidates to find the right skillsbased on industry standards and review employee’sperformance during probation period.

•Conduct training audit on the stores in order to make strategictraining and resource allocation decisions in line with businessobjectives. Ensure all the required certificates for HSE, Food andSafety, UAE municipality are in place to run the businessefficiently.

• Develop Training Centerof Excellence (CoE) in order to raise training standards, boostproductivity, address emerging skills gap and align training& research with industry needs. Responsible for trainingthe staff on the overall operations customer service, hygiene, andsafety. • Facilitatestraining programs and Brand Initiatives, delivering hands-ontraining; ensures effective and successful implementation oftraining and development initiatives. Provides feedback on programdesign based on actual experience using materials, knowledge ofbusiness objectives, and participant understanding. Adaptsreal-time training/learning delivery and implementation to meetneeds as determined within scope ofauthority.

• Supports the execution ofCustomer Experience Review through training and shadowing salesteam to ensure clarity and calibration on operating systemstandards. Develops Training program to enable to determineeligibility and ensure flawless execution of the operating andtraining systems.

• Translates broadorganizational goals into actionable and operationally meaningfullearning development information. Identify needs, developstrategies and tactics to improve operationalperformance.

• Continually communicatesprocesses and gathers information for consulting and influencingoperational performance and responds to differences between Company& Franchise systems. Consults and collaborates on a varietyof subject matter: learning programs/systems; certified trainingprocesses; training effectiveness and learning retention;performance management and improvement; operations systems; changemanagement.

• Monitors learningeffectiveness on an ongoing basis and keeps managers apprised ofprojects’ status. Provides insight on trends andperformance. Maintains current knowledge of operations and systemsincluding new and/or upgraded systems, policies, and procedures,new products and initiatives in order to serve as a credibleinstructor.

• Serves as the expert ontraining systems. Assists with budget monitoring and trainingeffectiveness measurement. Maintains current knowledge of trainingtechniques, skills and competencies. Remains cognizant andknowledgeable of successful methods and/or approaches utilized bypeers in the industry. Remains knowledgeable of advancements in thefields of learning, training and talentdevelopment

. • Align the training goalsand strategies with the organization's goals andstrategies. Identify and prioritize the training needs andopportunities based on the organizational and individualperformance requirements.

• Plan andbudget the training resources and activities based on the expectedoutcomes and ROI. Monitor and control the quality and performanceof the training function and the trainingproviders.

• Review and evaluate theeffectiveness and efficiency of the training function and thetraining interventions. Continuously improve and innovate thetraining function and the training interventions based on thefeedback and best practices.

• Build andmaintain relationships and partnerships with the internal andexternal stakeholders and customer.
