  • You will be responsible forsupporting the Concierge Team in driving continuous improvement ofour Guest experience, enhancing the hotel service proposition andefficiency of processes as well as driving key hotel projects insupport of our strategic priorities and businessgoals.
  • You will greatly contribute to theprocesses and activities that create and promote the DorchesterCollection culture, values and bring the Company Philosophy“We Care” to life ensuring our employees andguests receive nothing but the bestexperience.
  • You will act as the point ofreference for guests who need assistance or information and attendtheir wishes and requirements outside hotels like arranging diningreservations, events, excursions, transportation etc. upon requestfrom hotels and local residents
  • You will buildknowledge, relationships and partnerships with local community andbusinesses that can add value and enhance guests’ stay.The role is responsible for being informed about current events,dining and entertainment scene and service providers. You willacquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venuesand businesses to make the most suitablerecommendations.
  • You will support the HeadConcierge in owning the external relationships and partnershipswithin the city's geographical location. You will bemaintaining relationships with a global Concierge network and youwill be owning the list of preferred vendors and continuallyevaluating its relevancy and quality.
  • You willoversee the grooming over the bell captains, luggage porters,doormen and valet team.

  • You’llbring your unique personality and passion to the role and theteam.
  • You have customer service drive withoutstanding communication and active listening skills. You areexcellent at problem-solving and have multitasking skills. You arerelationship driven and you have excellent knowledge of the use oftechnology.
  • Communication is what keeps ourdepartments running perfectly. You have great communication skillswith a strong customer service and businessethic.
  • English is the primary language used inour hotel. You can comfortably communicate in thislanguage.
  • You will have a relevant professionalqualifications or hotel school diploma and bring wealth of pastexperience working in similar capacity for luxury hotels for atleast 2-3 years. Proven previous experience as Concierge orrelevant role in customer service is anadvantage.
  • Golden Keys holder is aplus.
