About the Role:

As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the office. You will be responsible for managing administrative processes, supporting HR functions, coordinating with vendors, and creating a positive work environment for staff. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure smooth functioning.
  2. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, liaising with vendors and service providers as needed.
  3. Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  4. Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
  5. Coordinate internal events, meetings, and team activities.
  6. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  7. Monitor office budgets and manage expense reporting.
  8. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding office-related matters.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a professional services environment.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  5. Knowledge of HR processes and basic accounting or budgeting is a plus.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Familiarity with Dubai labor laws and office regulations is preferred.
