  • Define joint business plans and deliverimpact to the vendors you own directly
  • Manage ateam of Brand Specialists owning the joint business plans for alarge pool of vendors and deliver significant businessimpact
  • Audit metrics regularly to continuallydrive quality of vendor and employee experience across multiplesub-categories
  • Work with the AVS team to driveadoption of tools and offshore processes and drive productivitywithin your team
  • Define the skills requiredwithin the team to support your vendors with specificproblematics
  • Develop the right skillsets withinthe team and allocate resources to vendors
  • Growand develop people into a talent pool for Amazon

BasicQualifications

  • 3+ years of account management,project or program management or buyingexperience

  • Bachelor'sdegree
  • Experience driving internal cross-teamcollaboration

PreferredQualifications

  • 3+ years of doing one of severalroles: management consulting, investment banking analyst/associate,or brand manager role at leading consumer packaged goods companyexperience
