FitchLearning Programme Management team is currently seeking a JuniorProgramme Manager based out of our Dubai UAE office.Programme Management teamis here to oversee the project management event planning andlogistics of our tailored learning programmes for your designatedportfolio of clients. Working closely with the Learning Consultantsand our Clients candidate will manage the delivery of theseprogrammes from inception to delivery ensuring that the highestquality of service is always delivered. This role specificallyfocuses on classroom and online tailoredlearning.

WellCount on You To: Candidate will beexpected to project manage all aspects of the of the assignedprogrammes taking accountability for client satisfaction. Candidatewill also be responsible for the following:
  • Work with Project Managers toensure seamless transition of projects to business as usualoperations
  • Work with the project team includingProject Coordinators to ensure project objectives aremet
  • Oversee endtoend of workshops includingtraining schedules travel vendors classroom setup delegatecommunication coordination with client teamsetc.
  • Provide guidance to the project team onmaterial management including liaising with authors &stakeholders publishing of material quality controletc.
  • Work with Programme Managers to ensureseamless transition of Academys.
  • Projectmanagement all aspects of the of the assigned programmes (Course orAcademy).
  • Manage preprogramme activities suchas raising tickets (Portals VILT Contentetc.) Allocation Sheetintroduction correspondences logistics andassessments.
  • Manage postprogramme activitiessuch as compiling feedback invoicing production of scorecardsbudget reports and document lessonslearnt
  • Dashboard reporting across the variousprogrammes to share with the client and internalstakeholders
  • Manage highvolumes of queries fromclients delegates and stakeholders
  • Proactivelymonitor risks & issues before they arise and escalate asper the project governance
  • Ensure all projectmetrics are satisfied and all critical events have takenplace
  • Maintain good relationships with projectstakeholders including clients project sponsors instructorsplanning and other internalteams
WhatYou Need to Have:
  • 1 to 3years experience in managing projects programmes workshops orevents
  • Good understanding on portals likeZendesk Docebo and VLT
  • Proactive in seekingguidance where appropriate
  • Capable of workingand coaching team members to complete tasks to a highstandard
  • Quick to act thinking ahead mitigatingpotential issues before they mayhappen
  • Excellent communication skills; verbaland written
  • Exceptional attention to detailtime management and prioritisationskills
  • Ability to model data product reports inExcel and analyze the data produced
  • Strong ITskills including fluency in Excel Word andPowerPoint
  • Experience within Learning andDevelopment and Project Management isdesirable
