Fitch LearningProgramme Management team is currently seeking a Junior ProgrammeManager based out of our Dubai UAE office.

Programme Management team is here to oversee the projectmanagement event planning and logistics of our tailored learningprogrammes for your designated portfolio of clients. Workingclosely with the Learning Consultants and our Clients candidatewill manage the delivery of these programmes from inception todelivery ensuring that the highest quality of service is alwaysdelivered. This role specifically focuses on clroom and onlinetailored learning.

WellCount on You To:

Candidate will beexpected to project manage all aspects of the of the ignedprogrammes taking accountability for client satisfaction. Candidatewill also be responsible for the following:
  • Work with Project Managers to ensureseamless transition of projects to business as usualoperations
  • Work with the project team includingProject Coordinators to ensure project objectives aremet
  • Oversee endtoend of workshops includingtraining schedules travel vendors clroom setup delegatecommunication coordination with client teamsetc.
  • Provide guidance to the project team onmaterial management including liaising with authors &stakeholders publishing of material quality controletc.
  • Work with Programme Managers to ensureseamless transition of Academys.
  • Projectmanagement all aspects of the of the igned programmes (Course orAcademy).
  • Manage preprogramme activities suchas raising tickets (Portals VILT Content...etc.) Allocation Sheetintroduction correspondences logistics andessments.
  • Manage postprogramme activities suchas compiling feedback invoicing production of scorecards budgetreports and doent lessons learnt
  • Dashboardreporting across the various programmes to share with the clientand internal stakeholders
  • Manage highvolumes ofqueries from clients delegates andstakeholders
  • Proactively monitor risks& issues before they arise and escalate as per the projectgovernance
  • Ensure all project metrics aresatisfied and all critical events have takenplace
  • Maintain good relationships with projectstakeholders including clients project sponsors instructorsplanning and other internal teams

What You Need to Have:
  • 1 to 3 years experience in managingprojects programmes workshops or events
  • Goodunderstanding on portals like Zendesk Docebo andVLT
  • Proactive in seeking guidance whereappropriate
  • Capable of working and coachingteam members to complete tasks to a highstandard
  • Quick to act thinking ahead mitigatingpotential issues before they mayhappen
  • Excellent communication ss; verbal andwritten
  • Exceptional attention to detail timemanagement and prioritisation ss
  • Ability tomodel data product reports in Excel and yze the dataproduced
  • Strong IT ss including fluency inExcel Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience withinLearning and Development and Project Management isdesirable
