We're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our MCS team in the MENA region. The MCS team partners with challenger brands, disruptive business models, and high-growth advertisers to unlock revenue through innovative and scalable creative advertising solutions. This role requires deep regional expertise and a passion for creating strategies that resonate with diverse audiences while driving scalable impact for our clients.

What You'll Do:

Develop Scalable Solutions: Create innovative, scalable advertising strategies tailored to the unique needs of the MENA market, focusing on repeatable frameworks and solutions that drive growth across multiple clients.Ideate and Execute: Ideate, develop, and deliver world-class advertising campaigns that leverage Snapchat's unique creative capabilities.Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with the MCS Sales team, key brand partners, and their agencies to understand business objectives and provide creative solutions that meet regional and vertical-specific needs.Client & Agency Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across brands and agencies in the MENA region, influencing their creative direction and inspiring innovative use of Snapchat's tools.Utilize Data-Driven Insights: Leverage regional market insights and data to inform creative strategies that align with client goals and market opportunities.Support Regional Growth: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure creative solutions align with MENA-specific business objectives and contribute to long-term growth.Advocate for MENA Region: Act as the regional expert, sharing insights, challenges, and opportunities to influence Snap's broader creative and business strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Deep understanding of the MENA region, including cultural nuances, market trends, and advertising practices.Strong expertise in creating scalable advertising strategies for digital platforms, with a focus on driving efficiency and repeatability.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate thought-leading advertising solutions to senior stakeholders.Proven ability to use data and insights to inform creative strategies, creating tailored client workshops and unlock growth opportunities.Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand marketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on digital and scalable solutions.Proven track record of delivering creative advertising strategies that drive results in the MENA region.Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including brands, agencies, and cross-functional teams.Arabic speaker.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Snapchat's tools and platforms, with the ability to leverage them effectively for regional success.Expertise in brand marketing and creative strategy with a focus on mobile-first solutions.Experience developing scalable solutions for medium-sized clients in high-growth environments.Passion for driving innovation and creativity in the MENA region's advertising landscape.
