Job Summary: The Senior Accountant will manage the accounting operations of the company by overseeing accounts, implementing financial controls, and preparing reports. The role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic financial decisions. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting. Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and other statutory requirements. Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial analysis to support decision-making. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Identify and implement process improvements for financial operations.
