Responsibilities
- Providemedical services, including health evaluations, diagnosis,treatment, prescribed medications, and order
- Conductphone and in-person triage of injured employees to determine andarrange proper disposition of employees to hospital, clinic, home,or return to
- PerformCommercial Drivers License (CDL) medical certifications andpost-offer, pre-placement physical
- Collaboratewith the City of Colorado Springss Occupational Health Clinic,Physical Therapy, and WorkersCompensation
- Performtesting and evaluation for Hearing Conservation Program inaccordance with OSHA and CAOHC, Pulmonary Clearance and RespiratorFit Testing in accordance with OSHA and support the asbestosmonitoring
- Collaborateon department and occupational health policies, procedures, andprograms with safety engineering, ergonomics, and industrial

Requirements
- Relevantand progressively responsible experience providingprimary/urgent/emergency care services to the adult population;experience providing medical services and care for occupationalinjuries is
- Graduateof an accredited Nursing or Physician Assistantprogram
- AANPCB,ANCC, or NCCPA Board Certification asapplicable
- Anactive license, in good standing, to practice as an Advanced NursePractitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of
- Possessionof current State and Federal DEA certification and the legalability to prescribe schedule II-V
- CurrentBasic Life Support (BLS)certifications
