Overview An IVHMMS technician is qualified toperform the collection analysis documentation and dissemination ofall IVHMMS data on the assigned aircraft. This will includeperforming operation of IVHMMS ground station and associatedsoftware. Assist with the operation troubleshooting repairadjustment maintenance testing inspection and modification tomaintain all of the components and computer hardware assigned tothe IVHMMS section.
At times it will be necessary tointerface with tech reps OEM analysts and engineering staff inorder to bring an open issue to closure.

Alsowill be responsible for:

1.Responsible for thedownload collection and transfer of IVHMMS data at intervalsspecified by the aircraft OEM procedures.
2. Review ofIVHMMS data must be performed at each download. At a minimum theindividual performing the review will check for exceedance andalert parameters.
3. When required perform an indepthanalysis of IVHMMS data to include additional ConditionalIndicators and expanded trend timeframe review as well as widerfleet type comparison.
4. Assess assign track record andcommunicate all items that require close monitoring. At times itwill be necessary to interface with tech reps OEM analysts andengineering staff in order to bring an open issue to closure.
5. Responsible for initiating maintenance action on theaircraft in relation to indications originating from the analyzedIVHMMS data.
6. Responsible for monitoring and tuningRotor Track and Balance in accordance with OEM limits. Identifydifferences within a specific airframe that may indicate apotential defect.
7. Operate and maintain equipment andspecial tooling associated with the related IVHMMS and GSSSoftware.
8. Effectively communicate with the customerregarding maintenance and flight operations as required to provideeffective and expedient solutions in returning aircraft to service.
9. Assist maintenance personnel with troubleshootingutilizing real time and historical data gathered by the IVHMMS.
10. Maintain an ongoing professional workingrelationship with all related departments and supervisors.
11. May be asked to perform power on operations ofIVHMMS to facilitate completion of maintenance activities such asMOC.
12. Ensures daily operations activities areexecuted in accordance with UAE security regulatory statutory andpolicy directives.
13. Assist in the preparation ofdocumentation used for classroom instruction practicaldemonstrations and to train maintenance personnel.
14.Work with SAE and Logistics to categorize components of the IVHMMSsystem that are of a high failure rate.
15. Demonstratea willingness to adapt to using and maintaining IVHMMS on otheraircraft platforms.
16. Perform necessary technicaloffice administration as required but not limited to publicationrevisions incident reporting and related corrective actions.
Nationality No Restriction Qualification High School Graduate.FAAA&P and/or FCC certified or equivalent.Military trainingschool and/or OEM certified preferred but not required in exchangewith relevant experience.
Experience Minimum of 3 Years Must have ahands on operational experience with the IVHMMS as a Technician orField Support Engineer
  • Must havecurrent and valid documentation showing recent work experience onthe platform and IVHMMS Ground Station.
  • Musthave working experience on applicableaircraft.
