Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for implementing student recruitment strategies, building institutional visibility, managing leads, and ensuring the conversion of prospective students to enrollment at the DIU–RAK Campus. Key Responsibilities Promote academic programs of DIU–RAK to local and international prospective students via physical visits, calls, emails, education fairs, and digital campaigns. Organize and conduct information sessions, webinars, and school outreach programs. Handle inquiry follow-ups, arrange one‑on‑one counseling, and guide students through the application and admission process. Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records, prospect pipelines, and reporting dashboards. Work collaboratively with the academic and admissions teams to ensure seamless student onboarding. Support and participate in open days, school visits, seminars, and marketing events. Submit weekly and monthly performance reports aligned with KPIs and conversion benchmarks. Meet predefined lead‑to‑enrollment targets and report on market trends and competitor activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline. 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment, university admissions, or sales‑related roles. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital outreach platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Proven ability to manage time and meet targets with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment. Preferred Attributes Experience working in the UAE higher education or international student recruitment market. Familiarity with UAE admissions regulations and cultural landscape. Fluency in additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills, confident public speaking, and professional grooming. Experience in event management, school liaison, and education fair participation.
