XAD Technologies isseeking a diligent and skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamicteam in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible foroverseeing the daytoday operations on the construction siteensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to thehighest quality standards.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • ProjectManagement: Supervise and manage constructionactivities onsite ensuring compliance with project plans andspecifications.
  • QualityControl: Conduct regular inspections and qualitycontrol checks to ensure adherence to safety standards and projectspecifications.
  • Coordination:Liaise with subcontractors consultants and suppliers to ensuresmooth project execution.
  • ProblemSolving: Identify and resolve any issues ordiscrepancies that may arise during the constructionprocess.
  • Documentation:Maintain accurate records of site activities including dailyprogress reports material usage and labordeployment.

  • Certifications:PMP or similar project management certification is aplus.
