Job Overview Here’s your chance to step into the role of Supervisor Retail at Dubai Parks and Resorts under Dubai Holding Entertainment . In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include: Key Responsibilities Lead and support Retail Associates in delivering excellent guest service. Oversee merchandise display, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards. Ensure accuracy in POS operations, pricing, and cash handling procedures. Monitor shop performance and ensure timely restocking and inventory control. Address guest concerns and resolve complaints or escalations professionally. Conduct regular staff briefings, training, and on‑the‑job coaching. Support promotional campaigns and seasonal retail events. Maintain shop cleanliness, health and safety compliance, and loss prevention protocols. Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team. About You The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials: High School Certificate or Diploma in Retail, Business, or related stream. 2–4 years in retail operations, with supervisory or team lead experience. POS and retail systems knowledge. Stock management and merchandising skills. Strong interpersonal and team leadership capabilities. Problem‑solving and service recovery handling.
