**Job Title: Retail Supervisor**

**Location: Hatta, Dubai, UAE**

**Salary: 2500 - 3000 AED**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily store activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and management.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Train and support staff in delivering high-quality customer service and product knowledge.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new staff members.
- Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to support their development.
- Drive sales performance by implementing sales strategies and promotions.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s financial goals.
- Ensure effective visual merchandising and presentation of products according to company guidelines.
- Implement promotional displays and seasonal setups to attract customers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and retail regulations.
- Monitor and enforce loss prevention measures to reduce theft and shrinkage.
- Handle cash management, including balancing registers and preparing cash deposits.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory, and employee attendance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; a diploma or degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in a retail environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
