RoleOverview
The Dynamics PowerPlatform Technical Architect is a core team member of the firmscustomer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 centred solutions. Thearchitect will be involved in the business processes and solutiondesign and will be hands on configuring and customising theimplementation of Dynamics Power Platform solutions working withboth onshore and offshore development teams. The position mayrequire business travel.
The team is focusing onadvisory implementation and support services that relate to theimplementation and subsequent maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365(CE Power Platform F&O BC) projects. This will include thedelivery of these systems and also engagements relating toIndependent Programme Assurance where third parties are deliveringsuch programmes.

Requirements
- AUniversity graduate with relevant degree within a computing orbusiness discipline
At least 8 12years of IT experience.
Must have PowerPlatform/Dynamic 365 expert level experience in the ITindustry.
Strong knowledgeof Power Platform (Core) Power Apps (Canvas & MD) PowerAutomate
At least 6 years ofrelevant experience on Power Platform Core (Dataverse/CDS CanvasApps Model driven apps Power Portals/ Power Pages) Dynamics CRM /365.
Strong and provenexperience on Power Automate/MS Flow with efficiency/performancedriven solutionapproach.
Strong workingknowledge on Azure (Azure Functions Service Bus Application insightPowerShell).
Experience/knowledgeon implementing Power Virtual Agent AI Builder Robotic ProcessAutomation/DesktopFlow.
Experience withbuilding & deploying Power Apps component framework (PCFControl).
Power Platformdeveloper and architect certifications aredesirable
Experience usingagile software development methodologies (i.e. Scrum &Azure DevOps).
Experiencein Objective Oriented Analysis & Design (OOA&D)with UML (Unified ModellingLanguage)
Strong knowledgeof Azure DevOps & CI/CD pipelines and its setup forAutomated Build and ReleaseManagement
Knowledge aboutquality tools used for verification of solution quality specific toPower Platform (Power Apps Solution checkeretc.)
Responsibilities
- TheTechnical Architect will work to implement various solutions usingPower Platform stack that can further include modules of D365 CE orD365 F&O working closely with client teams and businessstakeholders
- Organise execute manage anddocument workshops meetings and requirements sessions with theclient representatives project stakeholders business analysts andconsulting team
- Interface effectively withother members of the consulting team to arrive at best in classsolution and provide a sustainable and scalable solutionarchitecture and application to meet clientsrequirements
- Deliver high quality business andsoftware solutions & services to clients ensuring theimplementation of best practices based onMicrosoft
- Dynamics standards and supportedconfiguration/ customizations
- Ensurecompleteness in meeting business requirements and takeaccountability for project deliverables including and not limitedto project documentation solution design performance reliabilitytesting features etc
- Deliver all consultancyand configuration work according to the project methodologyensuring that all software applications are implementedsuccessfully according to the SLA: on time and onbudget
- Maximize usage of low code/ no codeplatform and provide technical design or develop/customize solutionapproach for identified features
- Contribute toactivities as required including technical presales building demoand proof of concept solutions for various clientpresentations
- Proactively skilling up on newversions and technology stack to be futureready
Work on the creation of Dynamics365 solutions and industrytemplate
- Meet andexceed customer expectations of business knowledge skills andbehaviour
- Be a trusted advisor for clients andhelp to provide solutions which can be upgradeready
- Proactively identify business/ project/technical/ support risks and provide suggestions to mitigate orcommunicate as necessary
- Proactivelycommunicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally andinformally
- Support practice developmentactivities such as defining solutioning and configuring industryspecific solutions
- Be an active member oftechnical and design working groups within thepractice
- In all activities ensure timelycompletion of internal processes and mandatorytrainings
- Drive for process improvement featurereusability and other initiatives to maximize efficiency indelivery
- Carry out additional duties as mayoccur from time to time as instructed and agreed by the managementteam or supervisors
- Provide guidance andmentorship (technical/professional) to groom junior teammembers
- Represent the firms Microsoft BusinessSolutions team in a professional and positive manner at alltimes
