RoleOverview

The Dynamics CRM TechnoFunctional Consultant is a core team member of the firms customerdelivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 centred solutions. Theconsultant will be involved in the business processes and solutiondesign and will be hands on configuring and customising theimplementation of Dynamics CE solutions working with both onshoreand offshore development teams. The position may require businesstravel.

The team is focusing on advisoryimplementation and support services that relate to theimplementation and subsequent maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365(CE F&O BC) projects. This will include the delivery ofthese systems and also engagements relating to IndependentProgramme Assurance where third parties are delivering suchprogrammes. Requirements

• AUniversity graduate with relevant degree within a computing orbusiness discipline

• Microsoft DynamicsCRM Certifications (2016 D365) aredesirable

• Strong functionalknowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM covering awide spectrum of industries andsectors

• Minimum 6years of relevant and proven end to end implementation experiencein Dynamics CRM configuration customization standard or customizedworkflows dashboards forms views integration plugin developmentreport development is a must
• Detailed knowledgeand understanding of all areas withinCustomer
• Engagement including Sales MarketingCustomer Service Field Services and Project ServiceAutomation
• Working knowledge of the PowerPlatform (Power Apps Automate Power BI)
• Goodunderstanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Service and Common DataModel including the customisations and development of Business DataModels for different solutions
• Good understandof Microsoft Dynamics CRM Accelerators industry templates andaddons
• Proven track record of successfulmaintenance or end to end implementation of a number of solutionsfor medium/ large customers preferably across a number of businessverticals (e.g. healthcare finance insuranceetc.)
• Proven ability to develop a clearunderstanding of clients needs and the ability to incorporate theminto a solution following effective designapproach

• Experience of consultancyroles in softwaredelivery

• Experiencein a deliveryorientated IT environment using waterfall agile andDevOps methodologies
• Adept at businessrequirement analysis solution design development systemverification and deploymentstrategies

• Ability to seethe bigger picture and suggest solutions both within and outsidethe current implementation
• Experience increation of demos supporting presales activities is anadvantage
• Business process mapping Fit Gapanalysis work package estimation work breakdown structure modellingand documentation knowledge
• Excellentunderstanding of Dynamics CRM DB Schema and Business Data Modelincluding the customisation and development of Business Data Modelsfor different solutions
• Broad understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle development management releasemanagement data migrations cutover planning and hypercaresupport

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps& CI/CD is aplus

• Knowledge andunderstanding of .NET framework including extensive experiencewriting ASP.NET and C# code (not just limited to plugins/customworkflows) is aplus

Responsibilities

• TheCRM Techno Functional consultant will work with the ConsultingServices department to implement various modules of Dynamics CRMworking closely with client teams and businessstakeholders
• Organise execute manage anddocument workshops meetings and requirements sessions with theclient representatives project stakeholders business analysts andconsulting team
• Interface effectively withother members of the consulting team to arrive at best in classsolution and provide a sustainable and scalable solutionarchitecture and application to meet clientsrequirements
• Deliver high quality business andsoftware solutions & services to clients ensuring theimplementation of best practices based onMicrosoft
• Dynamics standards and supportedconfiguration/ customizations
• Ensurecompleteness in meeting business requirements and takeaccountability for project deliverables including and not limitedto project documentation solution design performance reliabilitytesting features etc
• Deliver all consultancyand configuration work according to our project methodologyensuring that all software applications are implementedsuccessfully according to the SLA: on time and onbudget
• Maximize usage of OOB features andprovide technical design or develop/customize solution approach foridentified gaps
• Contribute to activities asrequired including technical presales building demo and proof ofconcept solutions for various clientpresentations
• Proactively skilling up on newversions and technology stack to be futureready

• Work on the creation of Dynamics365 solutions and industrytemplates

• Meet andexceed customer expectations of business knowledge skills andbehaviour
• Be a trusted advisor for our clientsand help to provide solutions which can be upgradeready
• Proactively identify business/ project/technical/ support risks and provide suggestions to mitigate orcommunicate as necessary
• Proactivelycommunicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally andinformally
• Support practice developmentactivities such as defining solutioning and configuring industryspecific solutions
• Be an active member oftechnical and design working groups within thepractice
• In all activities ensure timelycompletion of internal processes and mandatorytrainings
• Drive for process improvement featurereusability and other initiatives to maximize efficiency indelivery
• Carry out additional duties as mayoccur from time to time as instructed and agreed by the managementteam or supervisors
• Provide guidance andmentorship (technical/professional) to groom other teammembers
• Represent the firms Microsoft BusinessSolutions team in a professional and positive manner at alltimes
